I hope you're all feeling very festive and in the mood for some fun as we've got an amazing night lined-up for you next week. On Tuesday the 16th December the Rock House Xmas party is hitting the Green Door Store in Brighton for the second time. Last year was such an incredible night and this year is looking just as good!

We're also very happy because not only are the Gig Buddies holding their Christmas meet-up at the night but also the Stay Up Late crew will be down in force celebrating their 8-year anniversary with us. This is very special as Stay Up Late has been a big inspiration for us over the years... here's to the next 8 years!

It's Cold Outside!

Hello all, 

Thanks to everyone that came down to our Halloween Special last month, it was such an incredible night... the Green Door Store looked like the creepiest Halloween party i'd ever been to and the bands were some of the best i'd ever seen at The Rock House. Big thank you to 2Decks and Sealings for making the journey down to play!

FIVE YEARS!

I hope you all enjoyed your Summer, we're now back after our break and raring to go! 

Our next event is next Tuesday on the 16th September, this time back at The Westhill Hall to celebrate our fifth anniversary! It's incredible that we've been going every month for 5 years now. That's a lot of amazing music, dancing & fun.

To celebrate our headliner is going to be the band whose song "Rock House" named the night all those years ago... Beat Express!

The Rock House returns to The Green Door Store!

Hello!

We're very happy to tell you about the beginning of a regular night we're going to be doing at the Green Door Store in Brighton. We're now going to be splitting our time between The Westhill Hall where we've been now for over 4 years and the Green Door Store where we held our Xmas special last year, which was an incredible success!

So from now on we'll be swapping between the two venues (There will be a full list of the dates at the bottom of this post).

The Green Door Store gigs we're changing things up a little bit though... as well as having the regular musicians and bands from The Rock House nights performing we will be inviting guest bands from the local DIY music scene to come and perform and get involved with the improvised set of the Rock House Band!

It'll be a brilliant way for people who might not normally come down to our nights to find out about them and, also to get to play with some of the great bands and musicians in and around Brighton.

The first of these is happening next Tuesday! On the 20th May, we've got a great line-up sorted for it including The Revs from Worthing AND Teardrop Factory, a Brighton band on the brilliant Brighton-based label Faux Discx. It's going to be a great way to kick off the shows we're going to hold there.

March's Rock House!

The Rock House #51 is next week on Tuesday 18th March in Brighton

Due to some last minute cancellations (stupid rain!) last month the line-up was completely changed on the night which resulted in some surprise sets... The Fuzzbomb Blues Jam was a personal highlight for me. However this means we're having the people that couldn't play last month play next week... It's going to be a pop dream! The details -

Happy New Year everyone! Thanks to everyone who came out to our Xmas Party, it was amazing! Hopefully we'll do more nights like that in 2014! You can see some more photos of the night on the Constant Flux website.

We're back at The Westhill Hall for our first Rock House of the year on Tuesday the 21st January. More info soon but looking forward to seeing you there!
