Merry Christmas!!

Last week was the last Rock House of 2010, and what a night it was! There were a few last minute cancellations because of the weather and illness, so unfortunately Heavy Load or Jolene Wild didn't make it down... but that wasn't enough to dampen everyone's spirits.

We decorated the hall with a slew of amazing decorations courtesy of Emily, Stephen & James Barnett, it looked very festive indeed (even with the giant deer skull!)

Bubbaloo played a set of Christmas hits & also showed his new music video on a big screen we set up.
Mike Rowe played his first set in a while & went down a storm with his new hip hop sound.
Nukeboy were brilliant, hoping they'll make it down more often to play.
We also had storming sets from Zombie Crash (who's debut album "No Mercy" is now out!)
Daniel Wakeford (he played Beethoven!)
Ghosthearted AND Beat Express who had everyone dancing and finished the night off with an incredible rendition of "Do they know it's Christmas?".
phew...

So, that's the 15th Rock House over... on to 2011!

As a little celebration of the past year i've uploaded two treats for you -

- The first is Bubbaloo's debut album "Between the Lines" which you can find over on the Music / Downloads page, just click on the cover to download the whole thing for free!

- The second is a video from back in April of Daniel Wakeford performing "Number One For You" off his debut album... BABY!

The Bobble Song

Lee Hubbard from Beat Express wrote and recorded an album under the name Bubbaloo, called "Between the Lines". This song is the hit off of it, the song & dance have been going down a storm at the Rock House for the past few months so Paul from Junk TV helped Lee make a video for it. Filming it all in an hour at the November 2010 Rock House. Enjoy.... :)
